Eating Well is hard...how do I do it?


Many people ask me how I’m able to sustain my clean eating habit for as long as I do. Let me tell you how..the thing is when I decided I want to start eating well it was backed up by a big WHY.. I wanted to create a healthier body that will push me through my life much longer, I wanted good skin, I wanted to feel good, I wanted to look good, I wanted to think good too, you are what you eat... Also when you eat well long enough you get used to it and how it makes you feel. When you eat well for so long, the times you do actually eat bad food or junk, the feeling you get turns you off that good for a while, the food itself in your mouth(Atleast mine) starts to taste abit ehhhhhh..it’s a 80/20 Rule. Eat well 80% of the time. And the other 20 you can play around..
